SAP Cloud Integration
Designing modular integration flows (iFlows) for cloud, on-premises, and third-party systems, with reusable routing, transformation, logging, and error-handling patterns.
SAP Integration Suite Developer · Bangalore, India
I build secure, reliable integrations with SAP Cloud Integration, supported by working knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh. I also create AI-assisted tools for recurring CPI work while deepening my knowledge of GenAI, RAG, and agentic systems.

01 · About
I am an SAP-certified integration developer, building and supporting enterprise integrations across cloud and on-premises environments since 2021.
My core work is in SAP Integration Suite, centred on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), with working knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh. I focus on reliable, maintainable integrations for business-critical systems.
Alongside this role, I am pursuing a part-time master’s in Data Science and Machine Learning. I apply that knowledge by building AI-assisted tools for CPI work while deepening my understanding of GenAI, RAG, and agentic systems.
I am especially motivated by practical tooling that reduces repetitive CPI work and gives developers more time to solve higher-value integration problems.
02 · Expertise
My strongest experience is in SAP Cloud Integration, supported by platform capabilities, integration engineering, and delivery automation.
Designing modular integration flows (iFlows) for cloud, on-premises, and third-party systems, with reusable routing, transformation, logging, and error-handling patterns.
Working knowledge of API governance, secure access, and event-driven integration patterns using SAP API Management and Event Mesh.
Securing and supporting integrations through authentication, encryption, monitoring, troubleshooting, and controlled CI/CD promotion.
03 · Experience
Building, securing, releasing, and supporting integrations in complex enterprise environments since 2021.

04 · Selected work
Two examples that show how I approach orchestration, security, reuse, and operational reliability.
Designed CPI orchestration across SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fieldglass, using API responses to route calls dynamically. Reusable Groovy logic, mappings, logging, and error handling improved traceability and data integrity.
Built a CPI integration flow that retrieves expense reports and PDF attachments from SAP Concur through OData, then archives them in Azure Blob Storage through SFTP. The flow uses certificate-based authentication, OAuth token handling, parallel multicast, and reusable subprocesses.
05 · Learning radar
I apply AI/ML knowledge alongside my CPI role, building practical tools while deepening my understanding of GenAI, RAG, and agentic systems.
Academic foundation
My coursework is strengthening my foundation in data science, machine learning, and the principles behind modern AI systems.
Deepening practice
Deepening my understanding of GenAI and RAG, experimenting with agentic workflows in n8n, and extending my knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
Applied to CPI work
I have created reusable AI-agent skills, custom commands, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool for recurring CPI tasks, and continue refining them to improve integration delivery.
